Am I the right fit for you?

As a Registered Nurse, Childbirth Educator, Spinning Babies^® Certified Parent Educator, and Doula, I have worked in the birth world in many different roles for over 15 years. This has led me to a holistic, evidence-based perspective when it comes to pregnancy and postpartum. I am faith-based. A relationship with God is important to me and that shows in my work. However, if you aren’t on that journey, I honor where you are.

What I am Not:

I am not an inexperienced, social media guru in birth. (Who can blame them for trying though!) I have worked hard and for many years with thousands of women to attain the knowledge I have, and I am proud of that. Whether it’s a hospital, birth center, or home birth, I have well-earned experience in these areas.
