I’m for real!!!

This stuff works great!! (And BONUS, it’s cheap to make!) I’m going to share my recipe for laundry stain remover. It gets out coffee, chocolate, mustard, oils, and even those very stubborn underarm stains on shirts. I haven’t found anything that quite compares, and you may already have all of the ingredients in your house.

As with any stain remover, it works best if you treat it quickly, BUT I have used this on shirts I had planned to throw away because after multiples washes, I still could not get the stains out of the underarms. Add some of this stain remover, let sit for about 10 minutes, rewash, and voila!! The shirt became wearable again.

THE Best Laundry Stain Remover

  • 1/8 cup baking soda
  • 1/4 cup liquid dish detergent (I use blue Dawn)
  • 1/2 cup hydrogen peroxide

Mix all together and place on stains. I do this with a silicone kitchen brush devoted only to this purpose. Wash like normal.

Side Note: Peroxide can be tough on clothes, so this is your warning. That being said, I have never had it ruin anything I have tried it on, from dress shirts, to workout clothes, and children’s clothes. It has always done fine.
